1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed for all deposits and withdrawals on DC99. These Terms and Conditions apply to all financial transactions.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. The maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
• Only payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered under your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction will trigger an account investigation.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact us within 24 hours.

Withdraw

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 minutes. In some cases, the verification process may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• DC99 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request pending verification.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on DC99 are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree to those terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount must be met.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are credited directly to your balance; however, the original free bet amount is not withdrawable.
• Reload Bonus: A 5x wagering requirement applies to the weekly reload bonus.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses are directly withdrawable with no wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly approved.
• DC99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses.

5 Betting Rules

All betting activities on DC99 are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• DC99 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already accepted will remain valid.

Sports Betting

• Any attempt to fix matches or manipulate bets through dishonest means will result in immediate account closure.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to guarantee fair and unbiased results.
• If a technical error is detected in a game result, DC99 may void that round.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DC99 platform. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in the bonus system for financial gain (Bonus Abuse).
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to DC99's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

DC99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
